Electronic Arts is apparently working on a new Frostbite engine to use on mobile platforms like the iOS, and Android. The new engine, called Frostbite Go, will be used exclusively by (you guessed it) EA studios, and their teams.

In quote from the Frostbite site itself we should expect something big here.

One of our most exciting current projects is called Frostbite Go, a mobile division empowering EA game developers with Frostbite’s proven excellent workflows and features to bring true Frostbite experiences to all major mobile platforms.

EA already seems like they’re working on games for mobile devices with the new engine. As for what we can expect, and what we may get. Well we don’t know.
