A rocky start marked Battlefield Hardline‘s debut Tuesday night as players experienced server issues reportedly caused by a DDoS attack on Xbox Live.
A tweet by Electronic Arts indicates that the connection issue was made public around 8 PM PST, and that connection issues were only being experienced with the Xbox One servers. The reason for the server problems, at this point, had not been identified.
We are aware of #BFHardline connectivity issues on Xbox One. We’ve got our best on it and hope to resolve soon. Thanks for your patience.
