It actually happened this time! Starting today, Grand Theft Auto V will allow players to team up and carry out intricate robberies in the Online Heist mode.
After a 4.8 GB update, groups of four players will have the chance to play through all five of the available Online Heists across the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. In order to get down to business with three other friends, players will have to have a Rank 12 character and their own high-end apartment in-game (doesn’t hurt to have one in real life, I suppose). The heists, while similar to those carried out in the game’s storyline, are based on co-op interaction and teamwork.
Rockstar also released daily objectives, Adversary Mode, and new achievements, weapons, and vehicles. The online heists and updated content will be available at the game’s launch for PC on April 14, barring further delays.
Have you already had a chance to play? If so, let us know how it is in the comments!
