Mike Tyson to Appear in EA Sports’ UFC 2

January 22, 2016 by

“Iron” Mike Tyson is coming to UFC 2, free of embarrassing face tattoos.

Following the inclusion of Bruce Lee in 2014’s UFC game, EA Sports will continue to include non-MMA fighters in their MMA sequel, UFC 2. This time, MMA fans will get to play as “Iron Mike” himself, Mike Tyson.

Tyson will naturally have the strongest punch in the game and will fight in two weight divisions, light heavyweight and heavyweight.

UFC 2 will include two versions of Tyson, including “Iron” Mike Tyson, based on Tyson’s early career and rise to stardom, and “Legacy” Mike Tyson, based on Tyson in his late career. No word yet on a “Prison” Mike Tyson.

Tyson, a fan of UFC, states “… it’s going to be very cool to see how I would stack up against these amazing MMA athletes.”

EA Sports’ UFC 2 releases March 15 in North America and March 17 worldwide on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
