The newest update from EA Access brings some great content, both now and in the near future.

With over 45+ games available from The Vault, the newest update from EA Access brings some great content, both now and in the near future.

With this month’s July update, EA Access subscribers can now play through all four expansion packs from 2015’s Star Wars Battlefront.  Previously, only the original content from the game was available, and it seems EA is gearing people up for the sequel releasing this November.

Members now have excess to the full Star Wars Battlefront experience.

Even if you’re not in the market for Star Wars, the rest of the summer still looks promising.  Two of last year’s biggest first person shooters, Battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2, will be making their way into the Access library by September.  Both titles have received positive reception for the respective risks they’ve taken, from Battlefield going back to the brutal World War 1 era to Titanfall’s debut of a single-player campaign.

EA DICE’s World War 1 risk has become one of their greatest rewards.

On top of having full use of eligible titles, EA Access gives users the ability to test out upcoming titles ahead of their official release.  This includes the annualized franchises of Madden, FIFA, NHL, and the returning NBA Live that will be open for Play First Trials in the next couple of months.

Additionally, Oxenfree, Rebel Galaxy, and The Sims 4: Digital Deluxe Edition are also available now with the new update.

If you want to get your hands on some popular AAA titles from the past couple years, EA Access will run you either $4.99 / month or $29.99 / year.  On top of the current catalog and early trials to upcoming games, EA offers a 10 percent discount on all EA-related content to subscribers on Xbox One.
