For fans waiting for 2K Games’ next blockbuster title, the wait might have just gotten a little shorter. Although everyone expected a 2012 release, for the first time ever, BioShock Infinite has a release date. US players will be fighting abominations of science and debating the philosophy of isolationism with digital talking heads on October 16th. European and Asian gamers will have to wait a few days for October 19th before they can get their hands on it, though.
BioShock Infinite will be available on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and the PC. Unfortunately, we’re still waiting to hear if 2K and Irrational will be releasing a demo for this eagerly awaited game.
